Vermiculite Refractory Bricks are designed exactly for the aluminum insulation industry especially aluminum electrolysis cells.
We have RG Vermiculite insulation boards in different densities, LYRG-VM1250, LYRG-VM1100, LYRG-VM550, LYRG-VM450. Both of them are non-combustible under the maximum service temperature of 1100°C , and combine high strength with low-thermal conductivity, So they are highly resistant to cryolite penetrations and fluorides, and not wetted by molten aluminum
